Our treatment scope
Anxiety, depression, PTSD, and postpartum depression without psychosis.
Ketadream treats anxiety, depression, PTSD, and postpartum depression without psychosis. We do not treat bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, postpartum psychosis, drug or substance abuse, addiction, or chronic pain. Patients with any of these excluded conditions do not qualify for either IV or sublingual treatment at Ketadream, including when anxiety, depression, PTSD, or postpartum depression without psychosis is also present.
These are Ketadream’s clinic eligibility criteria. Meeting our treatment scope does not guarantee approval; all care requires a clinical evaluation. Please review these exclusions before requesting an evaluation or making a payment.
Two pathways. Individualized care.
Find your starting point.
In office · New York City
IV ketamine infusions
Receive your infusion in a private treatment room with medical supervision and monitoring. Your visit includes preparation, the infusion, and recovery before discharge.
Telemedicine · Select states
Sublingual ketamine care
Begin with a telemedicine evaluation to determine whether clinician-prescribed sublingual ketamine may be appropriate. State availability and clinical eligibility are confirmed before treatment.
Both pathways require clinical evaluation. The route, treatment setting, and plan are recommended according to your needs and safety considerations.
The in-office IV experience
Clinical attention.
A softer setting.
A private space. A considered pace.
Medical supervision throughout your infusion.
Care to support you.
01 / A personal approach
Start with your story.
We review your symptoms, treatment history, medications, and medical background before making a recommendation.
02 / Comfort, thoughtfully considered
Settle into your own space.
Private rooms, a reclining chair, blankets, an eye mask, and noise-canceling headphones help create a calm environment for your infusion.
03 / Medical supervision
Attention throughout.
Your clinical team monitors your vital signs and response during treatment, with time afterward to recover before discharge.

Care begins
with evaluation.
Sublingual ketamine is placed under the tongue and used only according to an individualized prescription. Your clinician reviews your medical and psychiatric history, current medications, physical location, and available support before recommending this route.
Confirm your location.
We accept telemedicine inquiries from Arizona, New York, Texas, Florida, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Current state availability, your physical location, and clinical eligibility must be confirmed before scheduling care. Availability is not determined by your mailing address alone.
Plan the setting and support.
Before treatment, your clinician reviews the prescribed instructions, session environment, support person requirements, transportation restrictions, and what to do if symptoms or adverse effects occur. At-home care does not provide the same in-person monitoring as an office infusion.
Review your response.
Follow-up care evaluates changes in symptoms, tolerability, and whether treatment should continue. Completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription.

Your next chapter, one step at a time
A clear path to care.
You do not need to have every answer.
Start with an inquiry.
Begin the conversation.
Send your full name, email, phone number, and date of birth. Our team will contact you with next steps and a secure Osmind intake invitation.
Understand your options.
A clinical evaluation considers whether IV or sublingual ketamine care is appropriate. We discuss potential benefits, risks, preparation, and a treatment plan before you begin.
Arrive. Settle. Be supported.
Begin the pathway recommended by your clinician. Your response, tolerability, and follow-up assessments guide further treatment.
Your team provides route-specific preparation and aftercare instructions. For office infusions, arrange a responsible adult to take you home. Telemedicine care requires its own setting, support, and emergency plan.
Clear expectations
Understand the
benefits and risks.
Ketamine is used off-label for mood disorders. Compounded sublingual formulations are not FDA-approved. Results vary, benefits may be temporary, and some patients do not respond.
A full safety review.
Ketamine can cause sedation, altered perceptions, nausea, dizziness, and increased blood pressure. More serious risks include breathing problems and misuse. Urinary and liver effects may occur with repeated use. Tell your clinician about all medical conditions, medications, and substance use.
Informed decisions.
Your clinician explains alternatives, formulation-specific risks, treatment expectations, and follow-up. No website questionnaire can replace this assessment.
