Our treatment scope
Anxiety, depression, PTSD, and postpartum depression without psychosis.
Ketadream treats anxiety, depression, PTSD, and postpartum depression without psychosis. We do not treat bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, postpartum psychosis, drug or substance abuse, addiction, or chronic pain. Patients with any of these excluded conditions do not qualify for either IV or sublingual treatment at Ketadream, including when anxiety, depression, PTSD, or postpartum depression without psychosis is also present.
These are Ketadream’s clinic eligibility criteria. Meeting our treatment scope does not guarantee approval; all care requires a clinical evaluation. Please review these exclusions before requesting an evaluation or making a payment.

Our team contacts you, confirms the next steps, and sends your Osmind invitation. Share medical history, medications, and other clinical information in Osmind. - Attend your evaluation · $350.
A 60-minute evaluation reviews your history and options. Evaluation does not guarantee treatment or a prescription. - Begin care if appropriate.
IV infusions are $550 per visit. Sublingual care is $225/month including prescribed medication and ongoing care; scheduled follow-up appointments are $150 separately. Monthly payments are collected by staff after enrollment. We explain payment authorization, follow-up requirements, and cancellation terms before you enroll.

In-office IV care is in New York City. Telemedicine inquiries are accepted from Arizona, New York, Texas, Florida, New Jersey, and Connecticut; current state availability, patient location, and clinical eligibility must be confirmed before care.
